otis is a very religious middle-aged man. He is very catholic and as he himself says "a great disciple of our lord". He is Portuguese and came to live in Brazil a long time ago, but even so he speaks Portuguese with the European accent of Portugal. Oh, he also always tries to be a great inspiration to the younger cousins he has taken care of since they were children, the twins, Bento and Ozzie. He had also been Miko's catechism teacher before miko killed himself.
He is one of the church volunteers he is also a deacon and almost always teaches catechism to children. He also owns the property where Sid and Sushi live (they take months to pay the rent).
Personality traits: a kind, loving and very strict man, especially with Ozzie, since he does not support his cousin's obsession with the occult. He is a man who loves everyone and our Lord Jesus very much. He also tries to fight against sadness from the past, like when his wife left or the strange childhood he had.

Fun fact: Otis was also a theater student during the Brazilian dictatorship, when he had arrived a long time ago in the beautiful lands of Brazil. He really likes to tell others about when he was an artist during the dictatorship. During this period, he ended up having some kind of hippie and psychedelic phase, and also the military events he experienced made him become someone who always seeks love and peace in everything.
He doesn't remember exactly when he met Chico, but it's been a long time since Chico disfigured Otis's face and gouged out one of his eyes. It was at that moment that Otis realized that Chico was practically his worst enemy, even though Otis doesn't completely hate the King of Hell.
